Getting my first bike in two weeks but
Try as I may I cannot find a Cogour workshop manual (pdF) anywhere on the net
Does anyone have the manual in pdf format that could upload it for a newbie to bikes (me ) or could direct me to a free download ?

maybe you should better search for Gilera COGUAR
If there is a manual out there (i don't know) it might be a better chance to find it.

Thanks for the reply mate! I think I have tried every wording out there on the subject but still no joy after 4 days of searching for any download, think I am chasing a ghost here, will just need to watch fleabay and buy one when/if it appears.

Hi Jaima,
I think I've seen this request before on the igottagilera site and I think your bike will have a 125TL Honda engine, if so a Honda manual from Haynes will cover the engine unit and your local Honda dealer will have spares.

I've finally got round to uploading the Coguar manual pppdrive supplied. Not a lot of help if doing an engine strip but useful for cycle parts and general maintenance data. As Kano nordi says the motor is a Honda unit so you may to be able to find details for that somewhere else.
