Thanks, handy to see the part numbers. I think mine was a 3600 but the 10854 would fit better - but that would blow the budget wouldn't it! You can get just the adjuster screws alone from scooter suppliers it's a standard M5 x 0.8 thread. But that bend had been sitting in it's box for years and needed to get back into the action and I need the practice.

I always picture the Arcore and other little Italian bikes with external spin on filters with a Blue UFI filter. UFI filters are black these days but some Bosch ones are blue. Not quite the correct colour but it'll do Part no P3139

Super Pratic throttle repaired. It still had the friction stop and grip washer in place. I have never seen the washer before.

Repro cover fitted I think Brezzi Randellini make these. Not as nice as the nickel plated brass originals.

Clutch mechanism

Push rod in good shape

Mechanism cleaned up and new inner cable made. I could not resist reusing the bicycle spoke nipple that some old bodger had fitted at the engine end. I wondered where the split pin was to hold the pivot in place until I mounted the mechanism on the engine. The engine case keeps the pin in place on the right hand side which is nice.

"Rectifier"

No normal diode behaviour so I took the diode out.

Going to try to identify it but the markings don't show that it is a zener. Looks like its made by TS and there's a number 100. The diode symbol indicates the case is the cathode.

Aprilia light switch

New lower rocker plastic bit 3d printed. The pivot is still slightly loose unfortunately so I'll tell the owner to choose a position and leave it there until it we can spend more time on it.
